solarwinds tech support remote session. assessing our web helpdesk issues. Approval process email templates are not working as expected. Approval email templates selected for web or email always default to email. Departments and locations are not behaving correctly. Department administrators/clients are not receiving expected email notifications. Tickets created initially are generating level-related errors. SSO login generates errors when a location ID exists in the database.
